We saw a unique opportunity to provide a collaborative environment where practitioners could work independently while sharing a community of support and growth. Our network of co-working spaces became a vibrant hub for health professionals, offering flexibility, state-of-the-art facilities, and a shared sense of purpose.
Our EvolutionThrough our experiences, we discovered that the true potential for transformation in the healthcare sector lay beyond just providing workspace. We listened to the needs of both clinic owners and practitioners, recognising that there was a gap to be filled in connecting these two vital parts of the healthcare ecosystem.
Thus, Wellshare X was born. We took the lessons we learned from our co-working spaces and harnessed our core strengths to create a platform that bridges the gap between clinic owners with vacant rooms and practitioners seeking the perfect space for their practice.

The Team
Dr Anthony BloomfieldDr Anthony Bloomfield founded Wellshare because he had experienced firsthand the financial pain and professional isolation that can come with trying to build a health practice from the ground up in the Sydney CBD.

Amine FaizAmine followed a unique path that makes him a great fit for Wellshare. He moved to France for his higher education and graduated from a top-tier engineering school.
Amine spent a few years working in top business and management consulting firms in Paris, building his knowledge of the management of organisations. Eager to discover more, he quit the corporate world in 2017 and embarked on a mulit-year around-the-world trip, discovering new cultures, meeting people from all walks of life, and learning new skills. Once in Australia, Amine decided to settle down and chose the start-up world to restart his professional career. Through his role in Wellshare’s management, Amine is involved in overseeing operations, supporting strategic decisions, and working closely with practitioners to ensure a strong and trusted community. |
Cody SheehanCody has spent more than 3 decades on the consumer side of health care and understands the small touches that can make a big difference in the life of a patient.
Born with Cystic Fibrosis and having undergone a double lung & liver transplant, Cody has extensive skills in fundraising, and public speaking. -------- "I have dealt with chronic illness all my life. Attempting to get back into “normal” life has been just as challenging as the transplant process itself. Once I was cleared to go back to work I tried 2 different full-time jobs. I did not last long in either. Being part of the Wellshare team makes me feel like I have room for my personality to grow, shine and reflect in my work. The relationships that I create and develop feel enormously different to other workplace I've been apart of. The other major difference is that my health doesn't feel like a burden. It feels like it is something to be celebrated, promoted and encouraged. Through Wellshare my understanding of health and wellness has also changed and from humble beginning’s Wellshare has helped to nourish me as a person." |
