Our co-working space, in the heart of the Sydney CBD, gives you the opportunity to join a unique community of health and wellness professionals. You'll find us in the Dymocks Building on George Street, an iconic and historic shopping destination nestled in the centre of Sydney’s central business district. The listed building is well known for its architecture and rich history dating back to 1800. Its high ceilings and beautiful heritage features add character and light to our bespoke treatment rooms and workspaces. The location is hard to beat, with close access to Town Hall Station and Westfield Sydney. |

Dr Anthony Bloomfield founded Wellshare because he’s experienced firsthand the financial pain and professional isolation that can come with trying to run your own health and wellness business in the city.

Deborah Lacy-Smith
Operations manager & interior designer
Deborah Lacy-Smith brings a unique mix of analytical and creative skills to Wellshare.
Prior to her time at Wellshare, Deborah spent more than a decade working as a lawyer primarily in the entertainment industry, first at at a top-tier Australian law firm, then a boutique entertainment law firm and lastly as the Australian Head of Legal & Business Affairs at one of the four major international record companies.
Throughout her legal career her responsibilities included negotiation and drafting of record deals with ARIA, Grammy and Brit Award wining local and international artists, the negotiation and drafting of contracts to enable the initial launch of digital musical sales in Australia as well as the negotiation of various M & A transactions.
Following her legal career, Deborah established, built and operated her own interior design company. Her notable works included a restaurant and lobby refurbishment for a boutique hotel in Sydney's exclusive Eastern Suburbs and the refurbishment of the lobby for a high end restaurant precinct and food court for a large Sydney CBD Shopping Centre. She has also worked on numerous high end residential projects in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and North Shore and worked as a freelance stylist on various design magazine shoots.
Her expertise has been instrumental in creating the modern and comfortable atmosphere that Wellshare now offers practitioners and their patients.
